If your to-do list is still not marked off, you are not productive enough
You have to do IT ALL YOURSELF
All this BS means that we often find ourselves in a situation where we can develop our work/outer self and our home/inner self to try to please society's expectations.
What can we do to keep that from happening?
We start by asking questions and paying attention to our physical and mental reactions to things. Learning to trust your body is hard since it often conflicts with what we hear in our day to day life.
Setting healthy boundaries and expectations will help you get back to the happy, stress-free you that actually enjoys life and the people in your life. This training will provide you with the tools to make that happen!
